Nigeria's own oil minister said that fuel that is refined in Nigeria is inferior. So, they want to keep importing fuel, to corruptly enrich themselves, rather than encourage local enterprise that can create jobs and help raise the value of local currency. Nigeria has spent $4 Billion to resuscitate broken refineries, yet the refineries are no where near operational. They keep giving out contracts for projects that are never completed. Nigeria's Government is the chief economic saboteur!
