My '13 VT is on 225/45/17×8 +35 coming from stock 215/40/18 . No rub on stock suspension, increased sidewall and slight width gain has made a difference in my daily driving. I also looked at it value wise, 17" rims and tires were cheaper regardless of brand.

I have a 19 Velo N pp and I'm running a 19x8.5 +45 on a 245/35 tire for my daily street set up and an 18x8.5 +45 on a 255/35 tire. My daily set up is flush as hell and my track set up looks meaty as hell. I'm also on H&R springs with no fender mods and 0 rubbing or scrubbing!
  • I had a 2012 and now a 2016 STICK SHIFT. What a hoot! The Veloster is the Porsche 944, VW Corrodo, 2011 Scirocco I could never afford..... and it isn't GERMAN so it does not need a $1000 repair every month. 45 Miles per Gallon is fun too. Looking for new wheels
  • I posted this comment while ago somewhere and I forgot. But the sweet spot for this car is 18x8.5 +35 or 18x9 +35. This and lowered and you’ll be nice and flush ;)

Im rolling on JNC030 17x8, I sit pretty flush for the most part, not perfect but im not poking or tucking.

Thanks for the video. Quick question. I have a project 2013 Veloster base. Looking to go 18x8.5 225 40R18 with +20 offset. I don’t plan on lowering at all. Will I have to make fender adjustments for a +20 offset? Looking to bulge out but I don’t want to rub. Thanks for the help!

My 2015 VT is on a 2" lift kit, 2" wheel spacers, 255 45 18, (took liner out), but no rub and definitely more of a smoother confortable ride an go through the NY snow like its nothing haha
  • does anybody know if i could fit a 215/55R 17 on a 2013 veloster? i currently have 215/45R 17 on stock suspension and i’m just looking to get the new cross climate tires that fit my rims but the only thing is the 55R and wouldn’t want to get them if they don’t fit.

Im really interested in the konig ampliforms 18x8.5 +45 for my Veloster Turbo. There's an R Spec on the fitment industries gallery in white. My VT is black. I wondered what they'd look like on my car before I'd buy them when I'm ready for that.
  • @nickpick15
Damn was hoping you would talk about the 2.0 2019 or 2020 just got my 2020 Veloster turbo r-spec and don't have a ton of money for coilovers. And I kinda have to get new tires at least cause summer tires aren't going to work in PA winters and figured I could get some nice wheels at least. Was hoping to find out something that gives me good fitment with stock height.

My 2016 veloster turbo is on a Rotiform SPF 18 x 8.5 +45mm. Just Incase some wants to buy those rims.
  • @626Bui
    what wheels fit a 240?🥺
  • I have 2017 Veloster, stock suspension, what would be the perfect fitment ? Would some 18x9.5 wheels fit on stock suspension with no issues? If so, what would be the perfect offset ? Need to buy rims and tires, and want to make it look good 😌
  • @racerx9223
Im running 235 40 18s, its such a better ride with these larger tires, less pinch flats! No rubbing, no mods of any kind other than stereo.
