This guided meditation was created to help you lucid dream. Lucid dreaming is the ability to know you're dreaming while your dreaming. When practicing lucid dreaming it's important to keep a dream journal. Write in your journal each day upon waking up. This guided meditation was inspired by Stephen Laberge's M.I.L.D technique.

I listened to this with headphones, and then I had a dream that I was choking. I woke up and was being choked by my headphone chord.

I didn't lucid dream but i could actually feel myself falling asleep. I legit used to think relaxation didn't exist. my body is always tense even when falling asleep. Tonight i finally learned what pure relaxation feels like and it was bliss, like sleeping on a cloud.

Omg it was working so well and then at around 24:00 my earphones ran out of charge and beeped really loudly.... scared the shit out of me
  • This is absolutely bonza. :D After doing this meditation for a couple weeks I finally had the first lucid dream. It started off as an anxiety dream. Then I realized it was a dream and I said to myself "I don't have to be bothered about any of this. I can do whatever I want!" and I threw away the stuff I was carrying and walked away from the anxiety situation and spent the rest of the time having fun outdoors.

Thank u so much, it’s been 2 years since I haven’t seen my cousins I loved them more than anything and we would not go a singer hour without seeing each other at one point we even lived together but then all the sudden they announced their moving. I am not exaggerating I have not gone a day without crying cause I haven’t had any contact with them BUT in my dream tonight it wasn’t lucid but suppppper vivid they came and surprised me on a school trip (I know random) and I remember I cried so hard and I was so happy, although my alarm went off after like 10 mins of being with them when I woke up I was crying so much and my pillow was wet from crying. It was the first time I had seen and hugged my cousins in a long time. Thanks for reading I highly recommend this video.

  • Why is it everytime we try it and it goes well either we start itching ,our mom/dad starts doing loud stuff or we get distracted...

I had the intent to meet my grandmother in my dream and also to be lucid. My grandmother passed away earlier this year and I miss her a lot. Amazingly, I dreamt how I was in my village where my grandma lived. I saw her, but I didnt know I was dreaming. I thought everything is real and i had this epiphany during that dream, that reality is a dream and everyone we see is already dead, what we can do is just be lucid enough to enjoy everyone including ourselves while we are alive. I guess one can say this video awakened me to reality and not to my dreams!
  • I tried this for 2 days. As you guys know , covid-19 is getting stronger and stronger , so I wanted to just relax and fall into the world without stress , go against my fear and just fell good. For the first time , I rolled on the right side of the bed and started thinking about a chance to get a sleep paralysis . I was afraid and i was swatty . While the guy was talking , i was afraid and bit relaxed , but i found out that i actually was not relaxed. I was praying and afraid of that damn thing . Then my mom came in and took off my beadphones. I just fell asleep swatty. When the second day ended and i layed into bed. Turning this audio on , i suddenly stood up and tell my mother about my fear of sleep paralysis . I just let ito out and made myself confident. It is just a normal relaxation! Feel that everything is ok and you are just going to enjoy. I went back to the bed and felt so good. I followed the guide and after all , I fully relaxed. I thought, that i was spinning and i felt only my soul. I did not fall asleep fully , but i am going to givd it the third try. YOU CAN DO THIS! YOU ARE NOT WEAK CKZ UR AFRAID. FEAR IS WEEK ITSELF AND EASY TO DEFEAT. ❤❤❤❤

I've been listening to this meditation for the past 2-3 months, every night. Although I've had only a few lucid dreams, it has really helped me to fall a sleep, relax and have vivid dreams. Thank you so much for this wonderful video!

I didn’t lucid dream (I fell asleep too soon lol) but it felt incredible. My whole body was kind of tingly and numb, and multiple times I felt like I was floating.

Some guided meditations I can't listen to because I can only relax to certain voices. So glad I found this, your voice is so genuine, warm, and soothing 😍
  • I DID IT. I don't remember much but in my dream there was a part that was kinda scary. I said to myself "don't worry, remember it's just a dream" the I went "WAIT A MINUTE how do I know this is a dream???" and then I got really excited and unfortunately that made me wake up. I tried to go back to sleep fully aware but that didn't work. I ended up waking up a loooot more than usual throughout the night. Still, it's the first time I've ever realized I was dreaming!!
