I am so happy to talk to you about one of the great loves of my life, nettles ! This little green ally is a powerhouse of health benefits for our body , beauty and health ! I could have made an hour long video on the subject, and will certainly make another one again because there is so much history and so much information about this amazing medicinal - healing- nourishing herb. It has greatly contributed in my opinion to my health and my joy and i hope you will feel inspired to try it.

I enjoy nettle tea and green veg. Always makes me feel good and love the taste. I also made a short video almost 3 years ago where I boiled it then had it for lunch one day :)

Love nettles :) I order my tea from mountain rose herbs in the pnw of the US. Great source with responsible sourcing, I believe.

My only experience with nettles was accidentally grabbing a handful while weeding a garden. OUCH! I love that you are an herbalist.
