Bigger calves in 2 weeks - 15000 calf raises? RESULTS!

Initially, I wanted to do 500 calf raises every day for 30 days. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the government recommended individuals to stay at home instead.

So, I had nothing else to do except for doing body weight exercises and a whole lot of calf raises. This eventually made me do upwards of 2000 calf raises a day instead of the initial goal of 500.

After completing all these calf raises, I am pleasantly surprised to say that my calves did get bigger!
If you have trouble growing your calves, I strongly encourage you to up your frequency and train them as a priority! I am anecdotal evidence that it works.

I hope everyone enjoys watching the video.

I got tricked by doing this for months. The truth is that if you do it so frequently your muscle stays more pumped up throughout the week and deceives you into thinking they grew but they didnt. If you stop doing these for a week straight and measure youd see they return to normal.

This is never going to induce much calf growth, you should only do them on one leg at a time, without weight. Do them as deep as you can and as high as you can slowly for around 20 reps. Every set should be taken to complete failure, maximum pain for 5 sets including a few forced reps on the end of every set. Do it every day, then you will see growth. NOTHING else works!!
  • I guess it's ok to bend your leg when you measure if you do that consistently...but to get the true calf size the leg needs to be straight. Bending the knee will flex the muscle.

My calves are around 19 1/2 inches in proportion to my body my calves are huge borderline weird looking. I do small jogs everyday (roughly 15 minutes) where I run on my tip toes my heel never touches the ground. Basically every step is a calf raise.
