What about with digestion. Maybe the late at night part is more of a myth but probably shouldn’t eat a few hours before bed.
  • I don’t like to eat early either. I hit the gym at 8am three days a week. Always on an empty stomach. So maybe I can load up on protein after that. Eggs and bacon sounds great Then start with the carbs at noonish and later for dinner.
  • I eat in the evening and majority of the time I weight train in the evening and usually eat shorty thereafter my training

Makes sense. I am a night eater and never feel like eating earlier in the day unless I force myself to eat protein. Late eating helps me sleep. The one practice that requires self control is avoiding a serious late binge.

Late night and later in the day are two different statements
  • Isn't there a big difference between: "late at night" and "later in the day"? Come on man, what are we talking about here?

I really like ambiguous video content, you know what I mean, at the end you are no wiser than when you started. Well done!

I prefer eating dinner right before bed. It helps me sleep better. Thanks for validating my preference.
  • For some people, having actually a sugar balancing meal in the am instead of skipping breakfast, will actually stabilize glucose and insulin. on the other hand, not eating and fasting can actually Spike glucose due to cortisol
