For those who have tried all the sauces...do you agree with Alton's ratings??

"Fun show. Next time try to get something hot, though." buttons up suit and walks out What a baller.
  • @TheBlarggle
It's nice of Sean to finally get his dad on with him.
  • @The_Pariah
"I'd say bring the heat but you don't seem to be able to do that." This guy can roast people just as good as a chicken!
  • @dominicskywalker
I think this guy has one of the highest tolerances to spicy food ever on this show.
  • @BiohazardBunney
He treats hot sauces like a sommelier with wine. Not even the last dab got to him, all he reviewed was the flavors. Amazing.

"Fun show, next time try to bring something hot though" What a fucking savage,
  • Why am I just now seeing this fabulous episode?!! I dearly love and appreciate the food genius of Alton Brown. His every word is filled with wisdom and honesty. Great interview as always Sean! 🤗🤗
  • Alton's performance here is a fine example of why he is my all time favorite foodie/chef. He's the only one who has been on the show to discuss the actual flavors of each sauce. Every single other guest strictly focuses on the heat level.
  • @johnnyrivas2619
His street cred went through the roof when he took a swig of that bottle.

Imagine being an employee at the grocery store and having to occasionally have put away all of Alton's groceries. Just thinking, "I guess someone bought the wrong chips in front of Alton Brown again..."

3 yeas later and Alton is still the King, he's a beast and he did it with style and grace

Gordon Ramsey: drinks an entire bottle of Pepto and bag of donuts. Alton Brown: Shotguns sauce right out of the bottle.
  • @diamondflaw
I'm having a hard time deciding whose hair I like more.
  • @GroundMemory
This is still one of my favorite episodes of all time. I love Sean's reactions to Alton's compliments on his sauces, and Alton handles all of those wings like an absolute unit. Good shit, man.

I've watched almost every episode of, "Hot Ones" that has been released, and I must say, Alton Brown is by far my favorite one. He's awesome, I identify with him so much in the attention to detail. Now I want to research every single thing this guy has ever done, I could listen to him talk about anything on his mind.
  • @tonycrony5981
It's so cool to have someone who actually knows about the hot sauces and break down their ingredients instead of just reacting to the level of hotness.
  • @scifikoala
Hearing him say that food media blew up after 9/11 because people wanted comfort is fascinating. Especially because as far as I can tell the same thing is happening with COVID
  • @teamcyeborg
I love how Alton strikes on one of the tenets of hot saucing: You can either have a good hot sauce or a hot hot sauce. Anyone who makes a spicy hot sauce doesn't seem to care about the flavor, and anyone who makes a flavorful hot sauce doesn't really care about spice as much.
