After having seen him in tge show and hearing that he made a deal with heaven to save charlue and lillith from the exterminations. The line "Your promise is broken." makes me think that this is what would happen if charlie were to be very badly injured or killed.

3:33 I just realized you can hear a few of the exterminators saying Lucifer's name after he says "Guess who boys?", they know the mere fact of him being there means they are fucked.
