First time making used honey ham, second time added bacon and third time prosciutto and applewood bacon. It also good with fennel and garlic. Absolutely delicious and one of my fave meals. If you need comfort food then this is it. ๐Ÿฅฐ

I did this with kielbasa, rotini pasta and shredded parmesan. It is SOOOOOO GOOOOD!

I used to make this years ago and had forgotten about it! Absolutely delicious. I had green peas for color๐Ÿ˜…, had sage instead of oregano and didn't think of cheese! This is even better the next day. Thanks for reminding me!

Since no one else knows temperature I'll say 350 for thirty minutes because you cook everything before you bake that way it melts everything together for very good taste ๐Ÿ˜

I would either use honey baked or smoked ham from the bone instead of using the processed, sliced ham, but otherwise, it looks so good!
  • I did that but I added cheddar cheese once I had the cream mixed in with the roux which is butter and flour turned out great it was cheesy scalloped potatoes with ham
  • Too much salt it's already in the ham ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ
  • Get the onion going first and get your flour fat combo to brown. You have to cook the flour a bit. It's called a roux.

Girl, ain't nobody going to use deli ham to add to a dinner meal, cheesy and uncouth.
