I would suggest you drinking 64 ounces of spring water to rehydrate and it’s so important to keep chugging that water especially on that particular med!

Spring water is the best because it contains all the earthly minerals try to stay away from “purified water” they take out all the natural minerals we like deer park but any spring water will rehydrate you ❤ please do this for two days before getting that injection! ❤

Hey Erin I hope all is well. I wanted to tell you I was on the hydroxzine 50mg and it’s an anti histamine med which drys you out. The main side effect I had was headaches and dehydration. That med is prescribed off label for sleep
