    I would omit a few of these and replace with Harbor Island, Westshore north of Gandy near malll, Palma Ceia...Some are high dollar but extremely nice and safe

    Nope itโ€™s 1 Carrollwood, 2 citrus park, 3 Lutz, 4 west chase and 5 keystone. Do not listen to this tourist list! Ybor city is NOT SAFE, Hyde park is overpriced and youโ€™ll get mugged in Seminole Heights or Ybor city. Downtown Tampa same, overpriced and not safe after dark!

    Heโ€™s painting the beautiful picture of Tampa, however, itโ€™s very congested, traffic is horrible and the cost of living is horrendous.
