Iβve lived in Tampa my whole life and will never leaveβ¦ One serious suggestion I have is once you have decided on a home no matter how safe your realtor says the neighborhood is or how safe it looks during the day find some time to take a drive through that neighborhood around 9-11pm and see what is actually going on

Your videos are very helpful! I know you have one covering Parrish and Lakewood ranch to some degree, but do you happen to have a separate video just about Parrish? In particular, we are interested in how it compares to Riverview and Wesley Chapel if one wants to be closer to different beaches and major cities as opposed to shopping centres, etc.
