I like milk and drink plenty of it. I also drink plenty of water and a fair bit of beer. I am 70 years of age. And so far so good.

I am amazed by this recommendations on all kinds of sugary drinks but no pure lemonade and cucumber water(adding cucumber, menta, limes etc!) it's waaaay healthier option than ANY of these recommendations from video!
  • As a coconut grower, I wouldn't recommend that you drink coconut water more than 3 times a week. It has a lot of carbs, and way more sodium than you can taste. We, who have an unlimited supply for free, go really easy on the stuff. What you in the US have to pay for it is unreal, but the processing, packaging and shipping is prohibitive, for all but the largest growers.

At the end water is the best after all.

This country is a trip. For the last 10-20 years it’s been promoting water, all sorts of water. Great way to increase sales for a likely decline in all the alternatives being promoted in this advertisement. If it’s not one thing its another. Consumer spendings!

Never drink your fruit. Also, milk is incredibly fattening. Water, kombucha and bone broth and your sorted. For the rest, eat a healthy and balanced diet.

Trace mineral supplements or sea salt added to room temperature filtered water is my go to.

Pretty much anything you have to spend extra money on. Water should be free.

Try telling this to the lactose intolerant! About 20 mins after this glass of such hydrating milk , I'll have horrendous stomach cramps and sweats followed by a long stay on the loo. In turn, I'll be more dehydrated than when I started 😵‍💫

Be careful what you drink if you have diabetes

From someone who hardly drinks soda or fruit juice at all anymore, I’ll just stick with water. And an occasional whiskey 😉
  • I remember reading an article and it stated milk was the best. Then there is a documentary that states that milk is responsible for brittle bones in your senior years and to stick to eating spinach for calcium.

Kombucha is under rated. I like the guava goddess or pineapple peach flavored ones

For some reason, when I'm particularly thirsty, coconut water doesn't satisfy my thirst. Not at all.

I've been drinking at least 2 litres of full cream milk every day for over 50 years and not only is my weight still great for my height and age but tests have proved my bones are strong and healthy because of the milk, I broke my back in two places when a horse jumped on my back after tossing me and the doctors were surprised how quickly my bones healed. I'm always very hydrated and I would be lucky if I drink any water in summer and none in winter other than what I put in my home made soups. I really don't like drinking water. I seriously think it's up to the individual what they drink and if it works for you then don't change no matter what anyone says.

Nah! I'm alright with JUST drinking Plain Water! 2nd Solution is eating cold watermelon ya!
  • When chooseing Kmobucha you want to go with a raw variety Kivita pasturisezes their Kombucha so many of the health benefits are lost in the pasturasation process.
  • The main thing is to remember that caffeinated drinks are dehydrating. I drink ðecaffinated tea all day long.
