wow - so they are exclusively looking at the shooter and not the failures that granted the opportunity if there is no investigation in the state actors that facilitated it then what is the point, there are countless crooks out there - there needs to be an independent investigation outside of the state, the level of incompetence required to facilitate this unskilled 20 year olds golden chance is simply not credible
