I love how your message emphasizes that women should focus on staying healthy and functional through training, rather than achieving a certain look or aesthetic.
  • @eakmadashma
Unreal how quality your content is. Every shot, cut, edit, background research, putting the work in, presentation, script writing, speaking tone, music choice, skill and progression programming. It's just insane how well everything is done.
  • HelloMeli, I'm 75 and I live in Bali. I teach qigong and a few months ago, noticing a decline in my body strength, I bought some rings and started training, I've noticed a dramatic increase in my strength and stability from training just a few months. You've absolutely awakened my imagination in this video and I really appreciate how literate your presentation is. I might just have to break down and buy some rings from you the next time I know someone's coming this way from AUS because shipping things to Indonesia is such a drag. Very inspiring video.

I think it's awesome that you differentiated simply going to the gym (or staying at home) and functional training that includes both movement and flexibility.  Staying healthy shouldn't be complex! It just comes down to staying active, training stability, and working to become more flexible. 💪

I appreciate how you just whipped out a spendy DeWalt angle grinder that has clearly seen work and used it for 1/4" PVC like a boss.
  • @TauqeerKhanify
While I love how she explains things, but what I admire more is the subtle Aussie twang, and her camera work, its solo work but lighting and angles show a deep artistic vein. It’s a talent.

the production quality and information in this video is gold

actually started calisthenics because of your videos and still keep going, you're the coolest 🤍
  • I think the biggest concern for many of us is the space. No space.

I love how the video isn't merely informative but raises awareness too, on top of that, very fun, intriguing, and well made. You just made me fall more in love with calisthenics. Thank you for your channel 💙

This kind of explains why my obsession with climbing trees made me bizarrely strong as a girl

althought you only have 5 videos but i can confidently say that they are the best 5 fitness videos i have ever watched it would be nice if we can get consistant uploads thanks

I started working out with rings last summer and have seen incredible results, in fact never have I been able to progress to the point I am now (I have tried training at a gym with weights for a couple of years, and have trained muay thai unprofessionally for another two) but I still have a lot to learn. It never ends, but if you keep showing up, you keep progressing. I just wanted to state that while Meli's content is absolutely incredible and if you can spare the money to support her you absolutely should, if you are short on cash you can probably get wooden rings much cheaper. I got mine for less than 30 euros, I don't know what wood they're made from and to be fair her rings do look like higher quality, but the workout is the same and they still feel in my grip like the first time I grasped them. Again, I think Meli deserves all the success and support and I'm a big fan, but sadly in the world of today money is an issue and I know that someone with a similar financial situation to mine would be put off by the price. Don't let that keep you from getting a pair, these things can truly transform your health and body.
  • @kotvrukzake
you totally sold me those rings 🤩 I want them!
  • @agr1ma
why be normal when we can be the best. keep working hard brothers and sister!

Meli, after +6 years of following/watching "fitness-youtube", I have to say that your content is one of the best I ever watched. Your approach is perfetly different: less stressed, more facts and above all creating meaningful content without generating clicks by displaying body parts! Keep it up, greetings from germany 😊

the editing, the quality, the knowledge??? YOU ATE IT!!
