Polls in the presidential race are tightening as Democrats are feeling re-energized with Vice President Kamala Harris as the presumptive Democratic nominee. Donald Trump is also hitting the campaign trail with his running mate, J.D. Vance. Cristian Benavides reports for CBS New York.
