Cutting out the bit about how the machine burned his hand makes it seem like he broke it for the sole purpose of sowing mistrustst. its so fitting

It threw me for a loop that G Man was talking to Tommy, dismissed Tommy, then said "Tom?" which perked up Benry, and then Benry started talking about "Ben"
