Hey thanks Rubin & dear listeners, here is a little summary reflected from my point of view: 1. Shift from blaming yourself (or parents, friends & school system) to taking RESPONSIBILITY as an adult to give yourself (and ask for) support to work through social anxiety. 2. Work from the bottom up. Accept your internal situation and emotional states that come up. Always looking for lessons and next baby steps. Make sure to take good care of your mind and body in order to find as much relaxation as you can in your life. Sometimes it's the right season to do so. Sometimes it's best to delay vacations, social gatherings and or embracing intense work periods. You do you. Stop overthinking the situations. Trust in the flow of life. Put effort in, without compromising yourself beyond repair. 3. "How you do anything is how you do everything." Sometimes it's best not to start (speak, do) something unless you feel ready to finish and follow through. But also remember to have compassion for yourself when you "fail", change your mind, pivot and or learn what you needed to learn etc. Does this compliment your ideas? P.S. EXTRA: Embrace potential silence too:)
