I've Actually been in that house while Birdman owned it and lived there. The room with the glass that overlooked the living room and the pool was his office. The 3 floor was a studio and entertainment center. The House belonged to Former New Orleans Saints Player Pat Swilling before Birdman bought it. It was nice but hardly furnished.

Legendary linebacker Pat Swiling is the one who owned that house when it was built in 1990, Birdman bought it in 2004. Today it is only worth $740k because of the flood risk and yeah, they're tryna sell it for dirt cheap.
