It's a pleasure to have you here. My name is Katherine, i am 48 and counting and will be exploring, sharing, learning and conversing with you about all things beauty over 40: makeup, creams, procedures , food etc.. I am in no way an expert, only started seriously on this journey a couple of years ago. But as a licensed individual and couples therapist since 2005 we will also be exploring tricks and reflexions and modalities on how to cultivate and take care of our inner beauty.
