Hi DF. I will admit i thought there would’ve saw a much, much larger number than 1,000 in the title.

In terms of DPS, the SMG is higher, accounting for both damage and attack speed. At tier 4 minigun is the better weapon (at tier 3... not so much), it has a default +1 T3/+2 T4 pierce, it has a higher crit modifier (*1.75 T3, *2 T4 vs *1.5 for SMG) and knockback (+3). Additionally the higher attack speed does mean the minigun triggers more on hit effects, like lifesteal, more often. Gatling Laser is easily better than either SMG or minigun, any day of the week, it beats minigun in everything but firing speed (and it's real close) but it completely dominates the SMG in everything. With how high the fire rate was, I feel torture was a mistake, 4HP heal per second would be lower than the healing you'd have gotten from having around 8% life-steal by the end, let alone life regen and consumable heals that are also disabled by Torture. I almost always pass on torture, it is by far the worst tier 4 item in the game, it can help you get to round 20 if you don't have any healing but if you're going endless it'll always burn you, 100% of the time. I'd only take it if playing Golem, since Golem already can't regain health and then it is a simple +15HP.

Baby with a beard is ridiculously powerful, especially when stacked and with ricochet (+1 bounce) and SMGs and/or shotguns and/or miniguns and/or legendary weapons
