    Thank you for what you do. I have a test coming up that determines whether I will get this job or not. I'm extremely anxious. I also get extreme anxiety that pulses through my body before I travel. I'm not scared of airplanes or where I'm going. There's no 'fear', but I hate airport crowds and hate the travel part, both get me very anxious before trips.

    I love watching your podcasts but your process is to get rid of the feelings and emotions. How do you work on the core- what caused the anxiety in the first place. Were not born with it after all
