I don’t know their relationship, but the fact that he admits to just leaving the lease and ruin her credit, and she’s desperate enough to forge his signature and commit fraud in front of a judge, just shows how toxic their relationship was.

The judge was so much easier on her than others who commit perjury in front of her. She goes off and was still handling her with kid gloves. And if this was anybody else, her act of perjury would’ve lost her case completely.

The judge usually TEAR anyone apart in her court room when they commit perjury. She was EXTRA soft on her 😮

I thought she was lucky JM ruled the way she did. Forged documents usually forfeit the whole case.

Seeing in her eyes the moment she got caught and started processing it was hilarious. It is amazing their emotional brains couldn't wrap their heads around him cutting her out of his life and blocking her. The judge still tried to get him to let his daughter see her. The woman committed perjury and she still called the guy the jerk. Wtf. lol

The fact that the judge was okay with the plaintiff committing "perjury" by judges own admission is beyond insane... If the defendant had a good attorney I bet we would get a different ruling!

I find it hilarious that couples think that, if their relationship ends, their obligation to the lease is somehow over.
