The fact that you have to peek quickly like you explained makes it so that counterstrafing is essential to playing the game, because you have to peak and quickly shoot at whoever is holding that angle. Without counterstrafing anyone holding an angle you peak with just kill you.

As a gold nova (mid 5000 premier) faceit level 4. This is one of the very best tips videos for beginners. Well done Jack. There maybe something better for higher tier, but I think this is perfect.
