For the people that don't know: Detox has scarring on his face due to an invasive facial treatment, that's why he's not in drag, he can't apply makeup for a while

For anyone wondering, Detox had invasive facial treatment before this video. Since she needed couple more days to heal scarring, Detox was unable to put on makeup.
