    I mix it with the peanut butter powder no sugar added so that it’s like a Reese‘s candy bar
  • Since there are 535 comments here, I can only hope nobody else has mentioned this yet. Cool Whip Zero sugar has corn syrup in it (spikes blood sugar) and lots of inflammatory oils). Definitely something to use very rarely. I agree with the person who said to make your own whipped cream. It’s easy.

    Myra is obviously very beautiful and takes care of herself. She never said eat the whole batch. This is a way for people to lose their weight and keep it off by curving those cravings without going off the rails. If you don't want to eat it or make it than don't. Thanks Myra for the recipes.❤
  • Mix the cool whip with chocolate protein powder instead and then dip in chocolate chips melted and its a high protein snack.

    I don't know why, but nobody seems to know that if you melt chocolate on the defrost setting it doesn't burn.

    If you want clean whipped cream just take some organic heavy cream, add allulose, vanilla extract and beat until stiff peaks. Edit: i want to clarify that it's okay that Mayra chose to use cool whippy. It's okay to indulge in this type of stuff once in awhile as you're just like whatever I'm going to eat what i want today, as i do indulge once in awhile in seed oils and refined sugars!

    Yum! I was recently diagnosed with diabetes! I was so depressed, because now I can't eat candy, but this makes me happy! I can still occasionally treat myself.

    Those look delish! To avoid the softening by the time you get your the last piece to dunk, dip 1/2 at a time. Keep the other half in the freezer till you are ready.

    I would do the final dip in dark chocolate and sprinkle sea salt on it but looks great!

    One of the worst things about being diagnosed with diabetes at age 57 is how much enjoyment you have to give up during meals. Not only did I have to calorie restrict to under 1200 cals a day, but no sugar, eating is such a chore now. Thank you for a bit of joy in my meals.

    Put the cream in a piping tube, pipe large strips, freeze and then dip. So cute, and so yummy.
  • I think if you add a small amount like maybe a tsp or 2 of coconut oil into the chocolate it would be easier to coat the bar. What do you think?
