Would really appreciate it if you can drop a like on the video and share this with other reds. We'd love to be able to make more of these types of videos for you and it would be a big help.

This is why we must keep this manager. Under a structure that will make sensible transfers, he can also use youth and develop them. If we get rid of ETH I fear we will lose the progress we’ve made with promoting youth players.

This is why Ole and ten Hag need to be appreciated a lot more, our academy is the heart of our club, and these 2 acknowledged it, and have worked hard to rejuvenate that connection to the furst team. The club better keep ten Hag and focus on improving the resources so that our academy can make us less vulnerable and dependant on transfer market pressures.

this is the most positive news I have heard about United in so long, it also makes me think that ETH needs to be around for a while longer and also, again another example of the good work Ole did, hugely under rated what he did as manager.
  • This is a reason why we must keep ten hag. This is like Ajax and the players will come through to play the kind of football ten hag wants to play if he has the right players.
  • @BigSmokeMUFC
The academy is the heart of this famous old club ❤

I'm not saying Ten Hag is guaranteed to be a success at man United, but the 2 most successful managers in our history have had 1 thing in common, an emphasis on not only the youth team players but having United play the same way on all levels of the club.

This was quality sam! I have such a huge stupidly happy grin on my face 😂😂😂

THIS IS WHY WE SHOULD KEEP ETH!

Exactly why I want ten haag to stay he isn't just promoting he is promoting those who have a future

1:52 "Murtough, Butt, and Cox" i see what you did there Samwise.
  • Despite the controversies, a guy who also showed a lot of potential was Mason Greenw00d, it would be interesting to see him at utd again
  • @ActuallyAudacity
This proves to me more than anything else that ETH NEEDS to be given AT LEAST one more season.
  • And you were right winning the fa cup for the men's team Alejandro Garnacho and Maino were really of great impact 👍❤️
  • Thank you for showing us a side of Ten Hag that we are not aware of. Based on this video, Ten Hag is very underrated because it looks like he's focusing building the structure right from the bottom, which is good foundation to support the first team.
  • @maklyram
Tactically tweaking the youth team to have the same philosophy as Ten Hag's first team is what Klopp has done at Liverpool. This is why Ten Hag is the manager to keep and he will bring success, but it takes time.

Top work as always. Hoping United put the structure in place to make best use of the talent coming through.
