The plaintiff says she moved into the defendant’s property because she seemed nice, but she turned out to be a nightmare. The plaintiff moved out because of the stress, but the defendant won’t return her security deposit. She’s suing for that money, and pain and suffering. The defendant says her property was immaculate and newly renovated, but the plaintiff destroyed it, so she kept the security deposit.

When the judge ask people what happened, they take all year to answer the question and then get outside and say "i didnt get a chance to speak", or "I didnt get a chance to show my evidence" lol what
  • @KPbouj
The Judge may be a lil snippy but she reads these cases ahead of time and ask specific questions to piece together what was missing from the complaint. They also film more than one case per day.

if you’re reading this I wish nothing but wealth and health all 2021
  • " It was always MY house " ..... That's how property ownership works, lady, if she owns the house then she's got the right to call it her house. Why is that hard?
  • @itsedgaro
The plaintiff is the type of person that loves to go argue with employees at grocery stores just to call the manager to get free stuff. I've seen it happened MILLION times before.
  • A completely renovated house for $485! You should be grateful and take care of what you are blessed to have.
  • Plaintiff: She was talking down on me Judge: How? Plaintiff: She kept saying my house Wtf is wrong with people
  • @Rosebud331
Whew Judge is snippy in this one! I thought I was watching Judge Mathis lool
  • @monikat6356
Man I couldn't sit through a judge talking to me any type of way 🤣 I know they wanna cuss 😂
  • Why does the defendant seem like she should have been the plaintiff? Like them seems like the defendants case
  • The defendant tried her best to give her testimony, the house was very nice before the plaintiff moved in, she was a tenant that didn’t care. Period. She shouldn’t have gotten anything back,
  • All of a sudden the plaintiff can walk!!!wow🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

These cases are so educational. Rule 1 in today's lessen: be organized & clear if there's a problem. Rule 2: take photos each time something needs to be fixed. Rule 3: mind your manners👀 be polite.

Looking at the defendants before pictures tells me she was NOT a “slumlord.” People are always these names when they can’t get over on someone. I couldn’t see myself renting to anyone on section 8 like that. The uncaring attitude for someone else’s property is appalling!

JM is so crabby sometimes. She just escalates the tone in the courtroom when she gets mad before they can answer. “What did the lawn repair cost?” Then she interrupted her with another question before she could answer and yells at her for not listening. 🙄
  • @bgipper4109
The plaintiff is a landlords nightmare, didn’t take care of things, didn’t keep it clean. This is why being a landlord is so darn hard.
  • @Bloombaby99
Mr. Clark: "She kept saying "my house", "my house"." Judge Milian: "Well, it IS her house, so..." Damn, Judge Milian is giving SHADE .
  • Why don't these new landlords check with the old landlords to actually see what type of tenant they are before allowing any move-in (CHECK THEIR CHARACTER FIRST) 💯

How do you keep the yard clean with a car parked on the grass?
