I empathise with Mr Soto. However 1 or 2 aircraft carriers cannot power to 3 million+ ppl and businesses on the island. Air dropping supplies ad-hoc, will result in mass chaos the likes of the Walking Dead series. We love the PR ppl! My best friend I just lost communication with since yesterday - last time I heard from him in Dorado. Best guess, is that the cell tower he was getting signal from ran out of fuel for the generator that was powering it. The entire island's power grid was a combination of sticks and wires, just waiting for a disaster to hit. It did and now everyone is paying for it, with much pain. At least, from what I've seen to date, PR does not have the crazies burning police cars and looting (aside from the first day after the hurricane) that we've had here on the mainland. The biggest issue is transportation out of the ports for the goods, the communication (which is non-existent), and organization, which FEMA is working very hard to help the good people. My prayers to everyone there.
