My greatest weakness: "I am not the most vocally assertive person, and I tend to err on the side of 'not making waves,' whenever possible, unless something is gravely wrong. However, because I do not complain too much, I find that when I DO speak up, my thoughts are given more credibility." I welcome you, and anybody else, to weigh in on this. Maybe, this is great. Maybe, it's downright terrible. I welcome everybody's feedback on this.

I would say either my inability to say no, being impatient, being too overcritical of my work, not wanting to ask for help etc
