Chinese people are also doing it in the Philippines. A chinese woman fraudulently obtained a birth certificate and a passport which allowed her to run for mayor and won and helped a chinese syndicate run their business in this small town north of Manila. She is currently under investigation by no less than the Philippine Senate.

If he was born in Australia, he would have definitely gone to school in Australia and picked up the Australian accent. There is no way you go through the educational system as a kid and not pick up the Aussie accent.
