Russia Ukraine War: Russia on July 27 claimed to have liberated Lozuvatske village in the Pokrovsk sector of Ukraine's Donetsk region. The Russian defence ministry said its "centre" grouping of forces had captured Lozuvatske, northwest of the Russian-held regional centre of Donetsk. However, Ukraine's general staff made no mention of the settlement in its reports but noted that the area around it was gripped by heavy fighting.ย

there will be no more ukraine in the map so whats the peace talk for?
  • @peace20241
This could have all likely been avoided if only Ukraine had stopped their shelling and missile strikes on the population of the Donbass region and even after they continued leaving Russia little choice but to launch a military intervention in Ukraine Ukraine could have easily accepted Russia's offer's of peace talks from the outset!

As a romanian i totally agree that russia is ruthless an aggressive. Yet ukraine should realise the situation it is in and come to terms with the situation and surrender before they lose more people, territory, and cause a world war. In these situations you should accept the reality and realise there is no good option, no way of returning to how things were, there is only choosing the lesser bad one.
  • I thought the 61 Billion dollars will devastate Russia? Thats according to Zelensky ๐Ÿ˜‚
  • @77Tadeusz
The chairwoman of the Verkhovna Rada's budget committee announced that Ukraine urgently needs 500 billion hryvnias (that's over โ‚ฌ11 billion) to pay soldiers at the end of September. Oh dear! Where to get the money for all these war expenses? War is so expensive, and the worst thing is that it's all because of the Russians. If it weren't for the Russians, there would be no war at all, right? Perhaps this is the truth from the perspective of Kiev, but even in the Kiev tax haven, you have to pay the bills for the chosen ones. Therefore, the Verkhovna Rada is forced to pass a tax increase. Until now, this decision has been postponed because, as in Ukraine, there was always a chance that the Ukrainians would force the Russians to surrender unconditionally, and then the increase would not be such an urgent matter. Well, unfortunately, the miracle did not happen and now taxpayers have to pay. Of course, the resolution is the least of the problems. It will be merry only later, because these additional billions have to be squeezed out from somewhere, and the Ukrainian economy is already so light that it freely levitates above the mundane problems of the country. Ukrainians would love to get their hands on Russian money, but they are ready to accept any money to maintain the illusion of self-sufficiency. It is probably high time for another series of Zelensky's foreign visits: Good morning, how pleased I am. I came to get Ukrainian money. Be generous, friends. Ukraine is bleeding so that you can wallow in luxury. Today, Ukraine has no borders and all vaults are open to it, so each payment should be treated as a permanent element of the new political reality. If someone does not agree with this, he is an opponent of Ukraine and democracy, so his money should automatically become the property of the Kiev government. Such is the government, so is its budget and the way it is passed, and for all the rest the blame falls on Russia. The world exists to keep Ukraine going, and Ukraine needs Russia to blame it for everything it can't change โ€“ it's so simple that it couldn't be simpler.

Ukraine must initiate the peace talking with Russian before more territories fall into Russia
