Ridiculous. Most people don’t even make $3700 per month.
  • @BC-du5hm
Its not just Bay area. All major cities across the nation are the same in Proportion to the income people make living in those cities.
  • @boostedmaniac
Inflation is crazy, not just houses. Spending and printing money in Washington doesn’t help.
  • @Zorn76
Plus living in a state that will soon tax the air you're breathing. It's that lame.
  • @alexlopez5800
So expensive that people renting are better off financing a house. Oh wait, you need to make 200k$ for a normal starter home. 😂😂

The Bay area always too cool 😎 for everyone else. Gentrified Its self to death ☠️

I’d rather live in Downtown Mogadishu. Probably safer
  • Nobody wants to get robbed in Oakland, and no one wants to live near drug addicts lying all over the streets in San Francisco, and everywhere else they forget that not everyone works in the tech industry. like other occupations and careers don't exist to help keep the city running and thriving. San Jose and the Bay Area have gotten greedy and have turned their back on the rest of its citizens no one should be fully employed and homeless... it is a sad state of affairs that is happening. that's fine then watch the prices get jacked up so high on your child care so its ten thousand dollars a month so the teachers can afford a place to live while they watch your children when you go to work ... sorry don't mean o rant but this issue is a growing concern.
  • No thanks I'm out I'm not paying 11k a month in mortgage to have my home burglarized, or my business vandalized our looted, but good luck to those who stay I wish you all the best !

I just checked and the building I used to live in rincon hill/east cut went down from $7100/m to $6100/m so rents in that area seem to be getting better
  • @jz94117
Subsidize businesses leads to asset growth leads to homelessness.
  • 3700$ rent with Complimentary Residential and car burglaries free of charge 😂
  • @JimLay
    Rents will eventually crash
  • I'm not as surprised by the ask as I am that someone might think it's worth buying. Tourists will start looking like homeless people in this economy because they don't have it to pay hotel fees but they are still gonna check that bucket list box even if they get a ticket for sleeping in the car.
  • Rent should be based on the amount of amenities are unit has at a set rate. Landlords are over charging and double charging for half assed shit.
  • @viethuynh6808
ADU in Turlock will solve the housing shortage in the bay area too who’s looking to move
  • To make it in the bay? You’d have to be the land lord to make it in the bay. Because if you are a renter, you will just make it by.
