    thanks for this,i`m doing a cbt course and this was mentioned earlier, but it really was`nt in much detail, they just gave a couple of examples of compassion and didnt say anything about who came up with the technique or when it was developed,i feel a bit critical of the class tbh, I liked what you said about writing a compassionate letter to yourself and I think i will mention it in next weeks class.
  • Hello All, I have CPTSD and no diagnosis, and feel I really need CFT / CMT and perhaps EMDR via NHS. What’s the best way to do this. I am on with secondary services.
