at the time of this filming, Ed Corney was 42 yrs old...Arnold was 28. Imagine being over forty and able to train with arnold in his prime. ed was A BEAST
  • This dude would be perfect for the role of some unstoppable force in a movie, who’s only job is to kill. Like some sort of bounty hunter type of dude. He’s a freakin machine
  • Imagine squatting your max then you hear that iconic Arnold voice “let’s get serious”
  • AthleanX: "innocently showering with ur gym bud without getting serious is killing ur gains"

Is nobody going to talk about how 2 guys were naked in the shower, flexing their muscles in front of each other?
  • @kowboys1180
“I have no fear of fainting in the gym.” While doing super-heavy squats. Thanks Arnold, great advice.

1:02 towels himself off after your workout 1:12 walks over your lifeless body 1:22 only picks you up to move you out of the way 1:42 asserts his dominance over you in the shower
  • I swear I watch this clip before every workout, when I'm struggling to push through. He's absolutely right. The final 3-5 reps when your shaking and quivering is the utmost feeling, knowing your muscles will rebuild stronger and bigger. Now, let's get serious!

The pressure in those shower heads is so high, it'll wash off whatever dirt you have on your body and whatever dirt you planned on having
