As I said in the community post, hearing different voices out of my heroes all of the sudden created a massive crisis for my young self. Especially Misty.

While the execution could've been better, I liked the concept. I just love whenever the anime decides to do wacky stuff like this, I mean, a freaking Mewtwo with the ability to use multiple moves by sprouting heads of other Pokémon (including legendaries) from its body? Holy crap, that's OP. It's like something straight out of the Pokémon Adventures manga. Also, bro, that poor Mew 😭

i liked how the Mirage Pokémon were like an equivalent to hacked Pokémon.

I remember loving this as a kid, it was packaged with Pokémon “Lucario and the Mystery of Mew” on DVD

I mean Oak has a Dragonite so it wasn't ALL bad ._.

Mastermind of mirage Pokémon sounds interesting on paper but the results is kind of mixed...

I remember this special was included on the DVD home release of Lucario: The Mystery of Mew. That's how I first watched it. Also, I delieve it's one of the few times that the main anime really acknowledged the events of the movies, with Pikachu's memories.

I remember getting the DVD of this movie back in the day with the Lucario Movie and loving it. Now yes looking back it's rough, the voice acting while not bad is still not great or on pare with DPP which gave these actors the chance to improve manly Brock and especially Ash. As for the rest I love it! The mirage concept is weird and fun, the villain while boring has a cool design both in and out of mask, and the concept of the heroes fighting Mewtwo supercharged is awesome especially the ending with Mewtwo destroying Mew in the most brutal way and then Mew coming back to hold Mewtwo back while Pikachu delivers ngl my favorite Volt Tackle in the series to defeat it. AHHH it is nostalgic as hell and one of my favorite parts of the anime.

I wish we get a sequel to see Dr. Yung return with another Mastermind plan but this time it should be a movie.

I think its interesting. I really like the design on the villian.

I was thinking of getting this movie for the purpose of never seeing it before. Not sure if it's worth it or not but love the video, When the pandemic started I started watching the anime, movies, specials from the ground up to the latest.
