Astrum Chateau is a Skyrim player home that's PACKED with features! It's located on Lake Ilinalta, right near the small island that has the clay deposit and corundum ore vein. For 25,000 gold, it offers room for you, your spouse, 2 followers, 2 children, (and a coffin), a greenhouse, approximately 35 soils, a pool, hot tub, gazebo, fish hatchery, woodchopping block, stable, a full smithing suite, alchemy lab, arcane enchanter, staff enchanter, spider imbuing chamber, a grotto with lots of ingredients, a cooking pot, oven, and tea kettle, several bathrooms, storage for unique items, hidden rooms, etc! Not only is this home functional, it looks great, too! You can tell that the mod author, CursedObjects, really gave this mod a lot of attention. Hope you like it!

    Two things I missed: 1. There is a stairway in that dark grotto behind a secret panel that leads outside near the greenhouse. I found it when I turned on my travel lanter. #karma 2. There are two seashells on the ground near the maps in the room with all of the dragon priest claw near the shield maps, and they take you to Solstheim. This home was truly jam-packed with features and secrets! Hope you all enjoy this one! Big thanks to Cursed Objects for another fantastic home!     Thanks so much SP, this is a gorgeous creation, my favourite so far! Awesome work by the author, as soon as I had 25k gold I would immediately retire here. Perhaps I'm from a rich family and I can retire at Level 1 - they'll be another Dragonborn along any minute I'm sure to save all of Skyrim :). I loved the pandemic toilet rolls comment haha.
