BTBAM's Fossil Genera-- A Feed from Cloud Mountain from the album The Great Misdirect (2009). An epic 12-minute song, one of my favorite songs from one of the most amazing bands out there. Enjoy!

  • this song reminds me of devin townsend for some reason
  • God I love this song. I always use this to introduce people to BTBAM because it has every element of their musical history in it IMO.
  • When it comes to influences...its a bit obvious that BTBAM are Mike Patton Fans...this song is so very "Bungle"
  • I first heard this song when i was 16, i am now 22 and it has only gotten more mild-blowing with time <3
  • I have loved this song since its release and it has never ever gotten any less good.
  • @3rendan
Fuck this band is incredible - such musical geniuses
  • Love how this song is a mockery of the US Congress, and is regarded as a freak show/circus, hence the circus style used in the music...you don't get many bands this talented...ever.
  • The story I picture when hearing this song is really disturbing, yet kind of uplifting at the end. One of my favorite BTBAM songs.
  • I'm going to be totally honest, I first listened this song from my poetry teacher XD

BTBAM is the only metal I listen to. Moments like 9:58 till the end are the reasons why. So fucking epic and glorious
  • I never thought that the The Human Abstract would have competition. Bravo brilliant band!!
  • 8:07 and on man wtf... That's breathtaking. Definitely top 5 endings to a song I've ever heard.

Before the satellites: In simple times we must take control. With simple skies we create...more sky. A simple land we must change...for man...is god. A simple life we must break... How fast we grow... We MUST move ON.
  • this band has not only been around longer than The Human Abstract, The Human Abstract can't compete with them
