You need to shake the Posca marker first and then press, when it feels like there is no more ink keep pressing the tip. Hope this helped

Personally, I love POSCA markers, they're really pigmented, and it's really good for if you need to layer lighter colours over darker ones, and vice versa. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR 300 LIKES!!!

Did you know in some slime packaging's if it is left too long in the Sun during packing or stuff like that it can be deactivated which can make it like super wet and sticky, so you can go ahead and get some activator and pour a little bit in there
