for those that don't know the RPS battles, look at their hands and they indicate if it is rock , paper, or scissors. Then you can counter them with their weakness. in terms of the special attacks, they tell you which hand to pick (highlighted white). you also have to note the colored icons, as they can boost your attack/def as well, like normal battles.

11:56 - In Japan, baseball is a very popular sport. Hence why we’ve seen it be part of a lot of the Inazuma Eleven storylines. Paired along with their usual traditional sports and a bit of football etc. Japan’s got a strong baseball culture that they train up players for very strictly, even the cheerleading squads get strict training for it. Hence a reason why there’s lots of cheerleaders in japanese media

You have to counter their special abilites by using the correct figure (hand, fist, scissor) it shows it when they do it and u can also heal if u look bottom right during fight screen
-
It really has the same vibes as the previous inazuma eleven's, the random wierd dialogues, the games, all of it
-
I finished the story and I already want more
-
FOR EVERYONE THERE IS NO WAY TO SAVE IN THE STORY MODE
-
Hino saw In Stars and Time. Looked at its battle system and went "yes, that" I already submitted my inazuma post review so lets hope we get football in the story mode soon
-

-
Crazy how Neil Turner is relevant again. That is just so random

Ok, the battle system looks interesting but Im still skeptical about it. First, you DO have healing items, namely by pressing R. Sometimes you are pretty forced to use these to win. Second, you get your "special" by raising your tension. You get this by attacking/getting hit (not sure about this yet) Third, when an enemy is preparing a special move on their own, you can break it and stop them from doing this by using the correct move against them. You know the correct move by looking at the screen and choosing the right rock-paper-scissor symbol. Fourth, by kicking the ball and walking where the ball lands you get an item. You can spin the camera around to keep track of the ball better. Fifth, battles are timed, if you just sit there and talk you will let your opponents be able to attack you multiple times, so be quick with your choices. This can be forgiven in the first couple of battles. And last, Sixth, Have fun with it. Im just mentioning things you missed. Like I said, the battle system looks interesting once you get more characters and options. Right now you only have a Clever character at your disposal, but I can see this becoming better once you also get Scrappy, Naive and Charming characters.

ITS HERE
-
good playthrough you're very entertaining
-
I always figured Haru would be changed to Hal, since the former is literally how you'd adapt the latter into Japanese phonetics
-
awesome news, thank you
-
So when are we battling aliens and traveling through time this time
-
The way my mouth dropped
-
YeEEEEEEEEaAAAAAAAAh! ! !
-
How do you get into the main menu?

There's a bit of pacing problems, like Destin and the others facing thugs, then cutting to Yagyuu... but I'd imagine that was done on purpose to keep out potential spoilers, and it'll have better pacing in the full release.
