Tom's a very cool guy. He and his teams are doing great things for developing the space economy and exploration.
  • Your Tom mueller interviews are most exciting. SpaceX nails low cost per pound payload to Low Earth Orbit. And Tom Mueller’s high ISP engines will nail transportation of payloads from LEO to beyond. Both are crucial in creating a self sustaining lunar colony economy.

It's incredible inspiration to see someone who is so good at something that is so hard to be good at. Not to mention the humility and intellectual generosity with which he conducts himself.
  • Ellie, truly professional appearance and poise. You have upped your game in a serious manner. Everyday, interviewers end up wasting time trying to show off their own knowledge instead of allowing the interviewee to finish a sentence. You let the interviewee speak and allow them to be the focus. Excellent job.

Tom is the best! Very smart and can explain things in a way everyday people can understand. You should definitely keep checking in with him. He will have engineered a huge portion of the future working space vehicles

Test run on the engine was cool! Thanks to the group.
  • This was by far one of the best interviews I've seen you do, Ellie. Great job!
  • There seem to be a number of good (nice) people running space companies. Tom is one of them. Thanks Ellie. I learned a lot.

You're killing it with these behind-the-scenes videos, Ellie! Love seeing more.
  • @caldodge
Valve failure is probably one reason Impulse prefers "green" propellants over corrosive ones.
  • i love Tom Mueller, so much knowledge and so down to earth, i would love to work with and for him. i was always interested in this guy for being the rocket engine mastermind of spacex, thanks for taking the time to interview this guy and getting to know him as a person.

Bringing space tech to us regular people Ellie. Excellent interview.
  • I understand the need to protect the secrets regarding the development of the equipment, but it would have been so cool to actually see this equipment without blurring! You are growing in leaps and bounds in your ability to come up with one great question after another! Very grateful for your strong presence in the industry! Thanks Ellie!
