JJ Redick ain't got nothing to lose by interviewing for the Lakers job or taking the Lakers job. It's not a Career Gamble, it a start to his Coaching Career.

JJ Redick is similar to Riley: role player, working in media, sharp talker, tight with current players. HOWEVER Riley got peak Kareem, rookie Magic, not high mileage LeBron, who WILL fire him.
