  • I'm feeling great! If you've had a hysterectomy, comment below and tell me how many weeks post-op that you felt back to normal...and what made you realize you were healed. I'd love to hear from you! 💗

I had a hysterectomy earlier in life in my 40s. I felt better literally the day after my surgery than I had felt for years. I had endometriosis and the scarring looked like a road map on my uterus. Best surgery I have ever had.
  • I followed your Hysterectomy story and am so happy to hear you are doing well. I had a robot assisted vaginal hysterectomy 13 days ago and have had ,hardly any pain. I was so worried because I'm almost 65. I have been taking it easy because I don't want any setbacks. I took off 8 weeks from my housecleaning business and am hoping I can return to work at that time. You were the only person I could find that was even close to my age online. Thanks for sharing your story!
  • Hello Renee. I’m 77 and needed a hysterectomy at age 36 which of course is very young but necessary because of excessive heavy bleeding and clotting. My surgeon said I wouldn’t live to reach menopause at that rate, so, bring it on! 😊 fortunately I had 3 lovely children. I wish there was as much information then as you’re giving now. Bless you. It will mean such a lot to many women. You look fantastic. It’s a big event but with your good sense you’ve come through it well. Love from New Zealand xxxxx

Hi Renee. I love your videos. I had a total hysterectomy 2 1/2 months ago for endometrial cancer. I am 67 and this was my first surgery! I got through it great and thank God I need no further treatment, but I’m still experiencing some discomfort in my pelvic area, especially at the end of the day. I realize this is all part of the healing process so I listen to my body and take it easy. Your 3-month video is very inspirational! I know I’ll get there. Although our ages and reasons for the surgery are quite different, a hysterectomy is still a hysterectomy! I wish you all the best and thanks for your helpful and informative videos!

Hi Renee, I'm a new follower, I actually found you because of your hysterectomy videos. I am having a total laparoscopic hysterectomy 2 weeks from today! You have been very informative and have helped me mentally get ready for this surgery. I am a bit older than you (57) and have never had any type of surgery. So, thank you for helping me through this process. I hope I do as well as you!
  • I am 4 weeks post op in the UK, done robotically. Your videos helped me thanks ❤
  • My total hysterectomy was 42 years ago - of course that was the long horizontal scar on lower belly . . . that entire scar STILL doesn't like the direct sun - even through my swimming suit - so I always have something laid across my lower belly . . . just one of the things I've learned to live with. SO glad you are feeling back to your normal !!!
  • Hi Renee, I just love listening to you content. Keep up the great work! From Texas!

So happy for your great recovery Renee. Looking super healthy and happy now that you are out of pain. Loved seeing the two cats and Baby dogs. Thanks for video.
  • I’m so happy to hear this!! It gives me hope for my procedure. I’m so scared 😳 😅
  • Wonderful news how well you are doing. I love the step by step improvements and comparisons. It all makes sense and it's helpful to anyone going thru any operation to pace themselves and take it one day at a time. Love tha Pollux in the shots. I wish you would do a daily stretching video for your loyal viewers to follow along with you. What a treat that would be. I'd make sure to do my stretches then.
  • That’s brilliant Renee!! Our bodies healing power is truly amazing. Thanks for taking us along with all the things 🥰 I’m know it’s been so helpful to anyone going through similar issues. Super informative. You’re back girl 😁
  • @isamen6847
Wow! You look great! So happy your 95% recovered! 🎉 I love the sign on the launder wall. Mine says cat not dogs. Love it!❤
  • Hi Renee, so glad you are feeling well. I wanted to thank you for your informative videos on your experience with laparoscopic hysterectomy. I am 2 months since I had a full laparoscopic hysterectomy with minimal information from my doctor so your videos were a real comfort level of information. Since I’m 72 already through menopause so at least not something I have to deal with now. Wishing you and your family all the best from 🇨🇦
  • So happy you're almost completely recovered Renee. You're a very active person and I know from experience if you cant do all you're used to doing you feel as if your body is betraying you... Not a good feeling but hey you're almost there darling. Roll on 100% recovered xxx
