Hey all - thanks for all the recent comments on this video. TRUE: my nutrition program & protocols have evolved considerably since this video, which was shot almost 5 years ago. I continue to learn, improve, hone, refine, change & evolve. I could take this video down, but I still find it fun and somewhat informative - just not gospel. Take it for what it is:)

Having come to veganism as a result of a 312 total cholesterol level, I’ve been eschewing ALL oils and products made from them, decreased avocado intake and try to keep my nut intake, which is nearly the only fats I get, to a dull roar. I also cut out bleached flour, white sugar and, as I said, all oil. Haven’t lost a single lb in 7 weeks but I no longer feel like an elephant is sitting on my chest, my fatty liver has completely cleared up and I have more “clean” (non-caffeinated or drug induced) energy. Would you agree with this protocol, even if it isn’t causing weight loss?

I already eat more of this stuff! But the Bragg amino acid is interesting.

If only it was that easy to shop here in Madrid for products like this.
  • I love your share and the information. I read that you've modified your habits since this video, I really hope that that might mean less plastic too. Nearly everything you bought you can get without the plastic. We really need to shift the marketplace to more eco friendly packaging. Thank you

People living in "food deserts" cannot access these foods. You are fortunate. Many people will have to find compromises.

If you don’t do a lot of tofu what is your preferred source of protein ?
