i rly dont like drama/negativity (i want a happy life and be more peaceful as time goes on for the most part esp as i get older) but i honestly didnt want to make that video 4 years ago (Was 5050 on not even including it in my book), i do honestly believe people can change but it might be me being too naive/nice (i try to give ppl the benefit of the doubt and chance to improve over time, usually, so when he apologized i knew that it may or may not be genuine but i decided to give benefit of the doubt cuz that's what i would want people to do for me and i think it's a better way to live [might also be how i was raised to give 2nd chances and forgiveness from mom's teachings etc, even though i don't always forgive everything people do especially when i was younger i wasnt the exact same as now, to be honest a lot of the time it's hard to tell if i should or should not forgive different people for different reasons and I don't always make the right decision]), but there's 1 thing I'm even more sure of my stance/opinion on, is that Hax should not be banned for LIFE, if we are using consistent/fair logic across various people, in my personal opinion. (Not saying he shouldnt have been punished, but i think 3 years was enough punishment in my opinion, and i think he's not gonna do anything to anybody as somebody who knows him personally for 16 years. And yes i do realize i might be biased and i accept and understand that part too). I know i get a lot of controversy and hate for this stance (always happens when with this topic regardless of which side you pick but especially if you ever go against the majority at any given point in time with how the internet is nowadays with bandwagoning etc which is a big reason I use social media like twitter reddit less often than in the past cuz it rewards/promotes mindless bandwagoning and negativity too much) but it's what i believe, and i don't think it's wrong to say/think that (i dont benefit off saying this at all btw, i just think most people dont want backlash/consequence so they stay silent, or go with majority all the time for self-benefit or their own safety/security). I was so mad/depressed after I made my video 4 years ago i considered suing people but i decided against it cuz i didn't want to be that type of person but i was very back and forth on the idea. It is 1 of the reasons i moved away from the game and community although there were actually many reasons for that (i kind of miss the game and SOME people in the community though, and partially regret that now, but i was influenced/emotional about it especially then. I'm actually mad at the whole community at large for that, it showed me how fake everyone (not literally everyone but most people) is, and how easily they make a 180 stance change on people for better and/or for worse. I don't handle depression well and i often have heavy depression like the past 15 years now tbch to levels higher than most people can probably imagine accurately but I guess I'm too off topic now). Sorry for the ugly sentence structure just wanted to share some quick thoughts for those who cares (probably expecting negative comments at this point cuz that's what usually happens when I say these things publicly, but I think it's better than the alternative of saying nothing). Do you think it was wrong of me to forgive leffen? I have heard a lot of people say I should not be forgiving it (he was not the only person involved though he's just the only famous person involved which is a thing people aren't considering though, the person who started it is even worse for it for example is something people aren't even considering and i don't even think he received a real punishment for it afaik[?]), and I don't want to be influenced by others but it happened so often it does make me think of it more and be less sure of myself on that than before. I thought forgiving people is usually the right thing to do, but I do admit that sometimes I make the wrong decisions on this (for better and/or for worse i make wrong decisions a lot). It it because of the person who i WANT to be today perhaps? Does it blind my judgment? Sometimes I don't know, and am not so confident on being right or wrong with this part (same with who i do and don't forgive over the years I am unsure sometimes if I make the right decision or not). (Unrelated - there are people who have done worse to me in total over the years that have never apologized or shown any amount of remorse, but that's very unrelated to this). Do you think hax should be banned for LIFE even knowing how inconsistent the logic is in the community? (I think not for sure and I am very unlikely to be changing my stance on that part)

like clockwork Leffen has dismissed this entire video by labelling it as "clout chasing", which just so happens to be the exact same excuse he used to dismiss Shinkensou's vid cherry on top is that he also somehow managed to paint himself as a victim... over a 90min video about his own numerous victims. it's fascinating to watch a vid shedding a light on Leffen's manipulative tactics and then to see Leffen employ several of them shortly after in real time as a response. bro couldn't resist telling on himself lol. Awesome vid!

Leffen has affected a tremendous amount of people negatively throughout the years and I genuinely believe he’s one of the very worst people in the entirety of gaming. Instead of changing in any shape or form, Leffen has doubled down in every single instance, including pretending he cared in any shape or form about the mental health of people he affected. That should say a lot.

First time watching a video by Technicals, and I have to say I am surprised. The reaction the melee community has about Technicals made me assume that these videos were clickbait and drama farming. On the contrary, you can tell that Technicals has put a lot of genuine thought and effort into verifying his claims and even reaching out to individuals for an interview. It is a shame a lot of members of the melee scene will not watch or consider any of the points brought up in this video when it comes to Hax's ban. Even if you don't agree with Hax being unbanned, I believe Technicals made an extremely great point about the ineffectiveness of the Smash COC, the community really needs to reconsider how they handle future cases to prevent something like this from ever happening again.

Leffen immediately dismissed this whole video on the basis of the Axl portion of the video, then continues to undermine it by speculating that Technicals only made the video to make some "quick AdSense bucks". His fans are eating it up, too, attacking Technicals' character rather than addressing the content or refuting anything being said. Truly markable.
