Heart disease is the #1 cause of death worldwide. It’s important to understand these unexpected signs of heart disease so you can spot a potential problem.

There are two different types of heart failure:
#1 Compensated heart failure:
There are no symptoms other than high blood pressure with compensated heart failure—at least at first.

#2 Decompensated heart failure:
With decompensated heart failure, you could experience symptoms that are more widely known signs of a heart problem.

Common symptoms of a heart problem can include:
• Pitting edema in the lower legs
• Getting out of breath easily (especially during exercise or going up a hill)
• Fatigue
• Pain in the left arm
• Chest pain

Unexpected signs of heart disease:
1. High blood pressure
2. Coughing
3. Signs of dementia
4. Low urine output
5. Difficulty breathing while lying flat
6. Awakening from sleep gasping for air

How to support your heart and help prevent heart disease:
1. Take a mid-day nap (get plenty of sleep)
2. Take vitamin E (tocotrienols)
3. Consume vitamin K2 (fatty foods)
4. Get on a low-carb diet (try Healthy Keto)

My wife and I are in our early sixties and although we are a bit overweight, we're not obese. We have been following your instructional videos for 3months and most of our medical issues have resolved. We feel more youthful, energetic, and healthier than ever. The only way we can thank you is by subscribing, liking all your videos, sharing, and commenting. And thank you for possibly extending our lifespan.

I had high blood pressure.... I started keto diet last year & don’t have high blood pressure anymore ...120/80 💔 🙏

Thank you Sir! 70 years old been coughing for a few years, borderline High BP. Started cutting back on carbs 9 months ago after watching your vids. Lost 25 lbs slowly. Cough went away. Inflammation and joint pain gone. Haven't felt this good in decades. Now if I could just get my eyesight and hearing back. hehehehe. always something. Thanks for what your doing.
  • For those who are ill for other purposes, don't be afraid, paranoid, and scared because this could also be other diseases or underlying diseases. I have fatigue, shortness of breath because I just realized I have anemia(low-iron) also this could be having a Covid or flue. Most diseases have the same symptoms.
  • My dad passed away from heart disease at only 47 years old. Thank you Dr. Eric Berg.

You're rocking that beard Dr. Berg! If you go get a leather jacket and a Harley, we know you're going through a mid-life crisis. Lol. So many of my problems have cleared up with Keto and IF. Though I just turned 60, I feel like I am 25. I weigh the same now as in middle school.
  • A few hours before I had a heart attach , all my teeth hurt . Never any chest pain no arm pain . That was 3 years ago at age 70 . I drop off 55 pounds . And never eat fast food . During this time I became friends with a fellow from Napal . He's a Buddhist . He turned me on to a lot of food that change me for ever .
  • Dig the beard. I have been fighting my slowly raising high blood pressure and these weird heart palpitations that started when I got the C virus some 6 months ago. My Drs have been telling me that everything looks fine and will all the way to my early grave... Thankful for all the team members that help put these videos out because especially the diet advice is helping me feel so much better.
  • This is exactly what I needed as I've been experiencing a bit of lower back pain recently! Thanks for the great upload!
  • Sleep is everything! For heart and depression. I was on antidepressants and then I watched one of your depression topics and you said sleep is important. Well I wasn't sleeping good. So I addressed that, and went off antidepressants. Thank you for always having such good information that we can't get from our doctors!

Love these types of videos. Even if you don’t have these types of health issues, preventive action is always better than reactive action.
