Tip for the kraken mouth: Red is the first color to disappear in deep water. Assuming the kraken is supposed to be very deep, there would be no red in its mouth.

I love that Gem is taking the squid, a deeply unserious and derpy little mob, and turning it into a deep-sea horror massive monster build. It has all the ingredients for horror in its normal form, it's just those silly little eyes that turn it into a lil guy.

For the mouth of the kraken, you know what would be cool? A hole to the void, as if the creature itself has a bottomless stomach.

I love seeing more of the "ugly phase" of a build. It's so easy to give up on my own builds when all you see is YouTubers who conjure perfect builds out of thin air.

Gem, the thing that differentiates you from other hermits is that you don't just "timelapse" it and suddenly it's done – i LOVE seeing the process of you building! Please keep it up!

In addition to the Warden, I think you should add an Elder Guardian to the Kraken's mouth as a nice jump scare (outside of range of the Warden's sonic boom of course). Also I think you should actually build out the Kraken's stomach and decorate it with lots of bones and mob heads for those brave enough to venture into the belly of the beast. You could also fill it with guardians and trident drowneds if you want to make it especially nightmarish in there.
