    Thank you! Almost in tears as I write this. I have been struggling with tight hamstrings, calves, hip flexors and especially tight psoas for over a decade. Lately increased my running distance and started getting nasty blisters on my feet from using bad form. I had recognized the need to strengthen my glutes 2 years ago and implemented squats and deadlifts to remediate. Then the squats gave me hemmrhoids so I had to go easy on that. You just taught me that I can exercise my gluteus while running. Who knew 🤷. Yesterday I watched this video and then went for a long run using justly my glutes. Apparently mine had not been activating at all. My form was better, I felt better, it even helped my abs, back and shoulder position. I feel taller. Thank you. This video seems to be the solution to so many of my problems. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

    Awesome coaching... I was 2:16 marathoner and probably never used my glutes correctly. Now 30 years later I’m really learning to run stronger and coaching new runners correctly...

    Great video Sandi! I've been trying to do these as often as possible before I start, and I can always feel the difference in muscle activation and the improvement in form. So important to use all muscles in your legs!
