I wanna clear up some of the comments made by others on here. First Matt is 1000% legit -I know because I'm one of the founders of our crew the Canadian Floor Masters which extends back to 1983. Matt (Coach) has done so much for bboying and has been instrumental in opening up Cirque Du soliel to Hiphop dancers everywhere. Eventually The La Nouba show in Orlando got a full bboy act as part of the show because of Matts work and dedication to the Culture. First I love the way the younger kats like Incredible Josh gave him respect. This was no plant - This is how we do - give respect when its Due. I wanna also give respect to the Bboys on the Ship - I'm sure when they freesyle they are incredibly dope - so comments about an OG showing them up isn't relevant. Peeps were legitly happy this went down. We have done this type of street performing with my man Klown with the same effect. I'm sometimes a plant in the crowd cause I look quite old -but this situation is totally legit -which is why its such a good video. Now to the name -We are proud that our name was given to us by the NYC Breakers. They used to be called the Floor Masters and passed this name onto us because we were dope. We have remained friends over the years. We have opened back in the day for James Brown, IceT, Grandmaster Flash, George Clinton, Public Enemy etc etc. We got our strips the good old fashion ways. I myself was the oldest and I'm now 63. I've been on cruises where dancing in the club I've had to school a few cats . Up until a few years ago I was still doing front Suicide flips into head stalls etc. Anyways google CFM bboy or Canadian Floor Masters. Theres a bunch of old footge out there.
