Making latte on a Breville Barista Express. This was my first "serious" espresso machine.
I have now upgraded to an ECM Mechanika V Slim after having the Barista Express for 2 1/2 years. :)

When I press 1 cup, the extract can literally fill a cup. How do we get the exact or ideal amount of extract?
